Organizers of the event:
The Rukh-Sanat Festival is a living space of creativity, dialog, inspiration and interaction that unites professionals, masters, researchers and enthusiasts of traditional culture from all over the world. The common goal of the participants is to preserve and develop the rich heritage of traditional culture, to pass on authentic musical art to new generations and to support cultural diversity in the world.
An international jury of 7 people representing different countries will be formed to evaluate the competition.
The jury votes secretly on a ten-point system. In case of a tie, the President of the Jury has priority.
The jury has the right not to award individual prizes or to award a prize to several participants.
The decision of the Jury is confirmed by a protocol signed by all its members.
Prize fund:
Grand Prix - diploma, cash prize.
1st place - (1 solo, 1 group) diploma, money prize;
2nd place - (1 solo, 1 group) diploma, money prize;
3rd place - (1 solo, 1 group) diploma, money prize.
Special awards may be established by the organizers, creative unions, foundations, state, public institutions, sponsors discussed. Each participant of the contest will be awarded diplomas.
Criteria for evaluating participants:
Authenticity of the work;
Performance skills;
National costumes and stage culture of the ethnos.
Conditions for participation:
Participants should send information about themselves and audio-video works (compositions) to the selection round of the contest. Works with a total duration of no more than 15 minutes are accepted for the contest.
It is forbidden to use phonograms during the qualifying round and the competition. Participants must perform their works live.
Participants of the qualifying round should send an application form (Annex No-1) and their recordings (audio-video) to the e-mail address ruhsanatfestival@gmail.com
A notification will be sent to the participants who have passed the qualifying round by May 20thextended until June 1st, 2025.
The international competition will be held among bearers of traditional musical art (oral-professional music) and creative teams (vocal-instrumental direction). The competition is open to professional musicians from 18 years of age. Participants of creative teams are not allowed to participate in the competition as a solo performer.
Application form for participation in the competition
World Festival of Traditional Culture and Music “Rukh Sanat” Attention: The questionnaire should be filled in on the computer or in clear printed letters, accurately indicating all the data. Questionnaires filled out incompletely or vaguely, the Organizing Committee will not be able to consider. Team leaders fill in the questionnaire for themselves and attach a list of participants, indicating the musical instrument, age and gender.
