Organizers of the event:
The Rukh-Sanat Festival is a living space of creativity, dialog, inspiration and interaction that unites professionals, masters, researchers and enthusiasts of traditional culture from all over the world. The common goal of the participants is to preserve and develop the rich heritage of traditional culture, to pass on authentic musical art to new generations and to support cultural diversity in the world.
Financing of participation
Expenses for airfare, domestic transportation, accommodation and meals for the participants who have passed the selection are covered by the host party (according to the results of the selection, which will be conducted by a special selection committee).
Participants wishing to participate in the Festival at their own expense are also welcome.
The scientific communication of the Congress participant in the form of an offline presentation should be made in the form of a presentation. For online participants the program and link for connection will be sent in advance.

- Study of cultural heritage, where historical, philosophical-aesthetic, social and other aspects may be considered.
- Theoretical and practical issues of traditional culture, (folklore, folk crafts, needlework, ethno-design, national games, national cuisine, etc.) oral and professional music. Their reflection in various types of art (music, literature, painting, cinema, museum, theater, etc.).
- Issues of theory, history and prospects of development of folklore and professional music of oral tradition.

International Congress
A scientific and practical event dedicated to theoretical and applied aspects of traditional culture and art. Scholars, researchers, craftsmen and experts from different countries gather to exchange knowledge, discuss contemporary challenges and develop strategies and tactics to protect, preserve, develop, promote and integrate cultural heritage in the modern context.

PARTICIPANT APPLICATION
Structure of materials
The article begins with the UDC index, followed by the title of the article, initials and surname of the author, the full name of the scientific institution, a brief abstract (at least 200 words) and keywords (8-10 words). The information is formatted in Kyrgyz, Russian and English for all authors.
Requirements for the design of articles
The text of the article is submitted in electronic form. In the file name the author's full name is indicated (if there are co-authors, the surname of the first author): Both files are named: Surname-article, Surname-questionnaire.
UDC of the article (on the first page in the upper left corner).
The title of the article should be clear and informative, corresponding to the goals and objectives of writing the article (in Kyrgyz, Russian and English)
Abstract (not less than 200 words) - in Kyrgyz, Russian and English. The abstract should indicate the subject, topic, purpose of the work, results of the work, scope of application of the results, conclusions.
Key words and phrases - (8-10 words) should be submitted to the editorial office in Kyrgyz, Russian and English languages, Key words and phrases
should be separated by the symbol; (comma). The use of abbreviations and abbreviations is unacceptable.
The volume of the article in printed form is 5-10 pages, the text of the report up to 5 pages, typed in Microsoft Word, font - Times New Roman, font size 14, paragraph indent -1,25 cm; line spacing - 1,0. Margins: top - 2.0 mm, bottom - 2.0 mm, right - 2.0 mm, left - 2.0 mm.
Formatting of the title - see Appendix 2- 2
Formatting of literature - see Appendix 2- 3.
It is desirable to divide the main text of the article into subsections (introduction, literature review, main part, research results).
Tables, diagrams, figures should be presented in a format that allows formatting (necessary for translation), for example: Figure 1. Name of the figure; Table1. Table1.
References in the text are in square brackets, for example, [1, p.34].
The article is accompanied by an external review from a specialist (doctor or candidate of sciences) on the appropriate code of specialty, signed by the reviewer, certified by a seal at the place of work of the reviewer.
Articles in English should be accompanied by a brief Russian translation. The author(s) are fully responsible for the meaning of the translated version of the article.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject an article containing unreliable information, contradicting the requirements of the legislation, not corresponding to the level or subject of the collection. The Editorial Board does not enter into correspondence with the authors of rejected papers.
